Real-time client dashboards
Problem
There was a lack of perceived value that Health Advocate was providing to clients.
Due to legacy reporting process, reports couldn’t be run by the client or sales, by the time the reports were created they were stale, reports were for only one product at a time and couldn’t tell an integrated or cohesive story, often sales had to make hand-made PowerPoint to share results.
Solution
Company-wide reporting initiative using Kabana that allowed for a data-driven, interactive reporting tool that provides a real-time snapshot of the impact Heath Advocate was making not only by each individual client, but across our book of business. Kibana is a user interface that lets one visualize one Elastic search data and navigate the Elastic Stack.
